discussing various problems in the workplace. The processes and
people management were a constant concern. Understanding that
outsourcing certain services was still the best way to go but finding a
provider who offers quality service and is compliant with regulatory
requirements was a challenge.
Together, they established Topsearch Manpower Provider Corp. in April 25,
2016. From it’s humble beginnings of three clients, Topsearch Manpower Provider Corp. now caters
to various industries, from hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, and
distribution.
All these were attributable to its team members who carries with them
