Spreading Kindness : Our CSR Visit to Bahay ni Maria in Calamba Laguna
At TopSearch Manpower Provider Corp, we believe that success is not only measured by growth and achievements but also by the positive impact we create in the lives of other. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, our team recently had the privilege of visiting Bahay ni Maria in Calamba, Laguna. This shelter provides a loving home to 23 individuals, offering them care, comfort, and a sense of belonging. Our visit was more than just an outreached activity it was an opportunity to extend compassion, form meaningful connections, and remind the resident that they are valued and loved.
Our team provided essential supplies such as rice, toiletries, and other necessities to help sustain the home’s operations. To make the day more enjoyable, we organized fun interactions and activities where both the residents and our volunteer staffs actively participated. Simple yet meaningful, these activities brought laughter and a break from their usual routine. We also shared a hearty meal with the Lola’s.
Our time at Bahay ni Maria was truly an eye opening and humbling experience. We left with full hearts, realizing that the acts of giving do not only impact the recipients but also transform those who give. This visit is just one of the many steps in our ongoing mission to give back to the community. We are committed to continuing our CSR efforts and finding ways to support organizations like Bahay ni Maria.
As we move forward, we are reminded that even the smallest acts of kindness can create ripples of change. Together, we can make a difference one act of love at a time.
